1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and RBX Rewards Studio ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the RBX Rewards mobile software application and related web portals.
By downloading, installing, or playing RBX Rewards, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not install or use the App.
2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions
You must be at least 13 years of age to use RBX Rewards. If you are between the ages of 13 and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you represent and warrant that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Users under the age of 13 are prohibited from using the App or submitting any personal data. We reserve the right to immediately terminate any account identified as belonging to an individual under 13 without verified parental consent.
3. Limited License Grant
Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable limited license to download and install a copy of the App on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
All intellectual property rights in the App (including code, animations, sound effects, UI layouts, and graphics) remain the exclusive property of RBX Rewards Studio and its licensors.
4. Virtual Currency & Points Rules
You may accumulate virtual RBX Coins exclusively through legitimate in-app activities: playing our 5 arcade mini-games (Tap Tap, Math Quiz, Flappy Jump, Flip Cards, Scratch Card), maintaining daily 24-hour check-in streaks, unlocking chests, spinning the lucky wheel, and completing verified partner offerwall tasks (Tapjoy and PubScale).
- Non-Transferable: Virtual coins cannot be traded, sold, bartered, or transferred between different devices or users.
- Redemption Thresholds: Coins may be redeemed for official digital gift cards at defined tiers ($3 for 20,000 coins; $5 for 40,000 coins; $10 for 70,000 coins) as detailed in our Rewards & Redemption Policy.
- Fulfillment SLA: Validated redemptions are processed and dispatched within 48 hours following anti-fraud verification.
5. Prohibited Conduct & Anti-Cheat Standards
To protect fair gameplay, ad partners, and the reward pool, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent activity. You agree NOT to:
- Use Emulators or Virtual Machines: Running the App on PC Android emulators (including BlueStacks, Nox, LDPlayer, or Memu) or headless cloud devices to automate tasks.
- Employ Automation Tools: Utilizing auto-clickers, tap bots, macros, memory editors, or speed hacks to manipulate game scores or ad completions.
- Create Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts or factory-resetting devices repeatedly to claim introductory or referral bonuses ("farming").
- Spoof Location or Network: Using VPNs, Tor exit nodes, or proxy servers to circumvent geographic restrictions or exploit offerwall payouts.
- Engage in Ad Fraud: Artificially generating impressions or clicks, intercepting ad network network payloads, or modifying client-side reward callbacks.
- Decompile or Reverse Engineer: Decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code of the application.
6. Account Suspension, Termination & Forfeiture
We reserve the right, without prior notice or liability, to suspend, terminate, or ban any account, device ID, or user who violates these Terms, engages in prohibited conduct, or attempts to exploit the App.
Upon termination for cause, all accumulated virtual RBX Coins, streak progress, and pending redemption requests are immediately forfeited without compensation or right to appeal.
7. Third-Party Services & Offerwalls
The App integrates third-party offerwalls and ad providers (such as Google AdMob, Tapjoy, and PubScale). Your interaction with third-party offers, surveys, and downloads is governed solely by the respective third party's terms and privacy policies.
We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume liability for any products, services, or rewards offered by third-party sponsors. If an offer fails to credit coins, you must submit a missing credit inquiry directly through the respective offerwall's support interface.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP AND ALL CONTENT, VIRTUAL COINS, MINI-GAMES, AND PROMOTIONAL REWARDS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, BUG-FREE, SECURE, OR ACCESSIBLE AT ALL TIMES.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RBX REWARDS STUDIO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FIFTY UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($50.00 USD).
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith informal negotiations by emailing legal@rbxrewards.app. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to confidential, binding individual arbitration.
