1. Deletion Rights Overview
When you request account deletion, we purge all personally identifiable information, username history, device mappings, and game stats from our primary active databases.
2. Option A: Self-Service Deletion via Mobile App
If you still have the RBX Rewards mobile app installed on your device, you can perform an immediate local data wipe:
- Open your device's Settings menu.
- Navigate to Apps > RBX Rewards > Storage & Cache.
- Tap Clear Storage (or Clear Data) and confirm.
- Uninstall the application from your phone.
This action instantly erases all locally cached SharedPreferences, SQLite/Hive caches, and stored preferences from your physical hardware.
3. Option B: Online Account Deletion Request Form
If you wish to remove backend records (Supabase account records, server transaction history, support tickets) or no longer have access to your device, complete the form below:

5. Processing Timelines & Confirmation
- Acknowledgment: Within 48 hours of receipt.
- Database Purge: Within 7 business days of verification.
- Backup Cache Roll-Off: Offsite disaster recovery backups overwrite on a 30-day cyclical rolling schedule.
